The Assignment

I provided live event illustrations to celebrate the employees of Slalom Dallas and Fort Worth during their annual meeting and team building events. 

I was instructed to illustrate in a particular 'Slalom style' using their brand colors.

Event Illustrations

Slalom Dallas - Andretti's Indoor Karting & Games

Slalom Dallas hosted their event at Andretti's in The Colony, an indoor karting and games center. The illustrations I provided featured the Slalom employees participating in various activities found in Andretti's like karting, basketball, and bowling. 

Slalom Fort Worth - Wild Acre Brewery

Slalom Fort Worth hosted an event at Wild Acre brewery in Downtown Fort Worth for their employees for a semi-annual report and team building. 

I provided illustrations of the guests doing their favorite hobby, activity or whatever they imagined (like riding a T-rex) using the Slalom illustration style and brand colors. 

Slalom Fort Worth loved their individual drawings so much, they asked me to create a collage of them for a poster to hang in their office!

The Takeaway

My live illustrations added a fun, interactive element to these team building events.

It was exciting for me to illustrate each participant and to highlight their individuality and interests.
